About Gina

Your taxes, in the hands of a CPA who also plans.

She is an active member of the California Society of CPAs and volunteers for numerous community organizations, including Leadership Hermosa Beach and the Beach Cities Health District.

That combination matters. A return is a record of last year; a plan is how next year turns out. With Gina you get both from the same person, and the same person stands with you if the IRS writes.

Services

Prepare it. Plan it. Defend it.

Three kinds of help from one professional, who can see how each one affects the other two.

Tax Preparation

Returns done accurately, with every deduction and credit you’re entitled to.

  • Accurate forms, e-filed
  • Every deduction and credit
  • Withholding adjusted for next year
  • Sole proprietors: books, Schedule C, a bookkeeping system

Tax Representation

An IRS letter, an audit, or years you haven’t filed: you don’t face it alone.

  • IRS audits
  • Missed filings, balances you can’t pay, unremitted payroll taxes
  • Offer in Compromise or a payment plan
  • Penalty & interest relief, Innocent Spouse Relief

Tax Planning

Plan before the year closes, so the return is the easy part.

  • Income splitting among family & entities
  • Timing income and expenses between years
  • Tax-advantaged vehicles
  • Itemized deductions tracked, credits claimed

Second Look

Had last year’s return done somewhere else? Let Gina take a second look.

Or bring her the IRS letter you’ve been avoiding opening. A second set of trained eyes is often the difference between overpaying and getting it right.

Please don’t email Social Security numbers or tax documents. Start with a short description; Gina will tell you how to share anything she needs.

  1. Call or email

Tell Gina what you have: last year’s return you’re unsure about, or a letter from the IRS or the Franchise Tax Board.

  2. A second look

She looks for missed deductions and credits, withholding that needs adjusting, or what the notice actually asks of you.

  3. A clear next step

You hear what she’d do: amend, plan for this year, respond to the notice, or leave it alone because it’s right.

Can you help if I received a letter from the IRS or I’m being audited?
